Chicago Marriott Southwest at Burr Ridge

I stay there once a year, as I live overseas and visit my family is nearby. Each time I stay, I am impressed by the kind and accommodating staff. Whether it’s breakfast or a drink at the bar in the evening, they are fantastic. Shahene, Ryan and the female evening bartender whose name slips my memory always have a smile and kind words. Also, the young and welcoming reception staff are always there for any needs and smiles. Well done!

This was my third time here from overseas usually I come with my wife this time alone. The facilities and dining options are great but what stands out most are the staff. They are always so welcoming, positive and attentive in every way. Nasser, Faison, Sacheene, Merrisa (bartender) and Mamela had provided an amazing experience and great attitudes. They are assets to your property. See you next year!

Excellent food & service at breakfast. Special thanks to Caroline at the front desk. Upon arrival she accommodated our request for a room change to one with a better view. She was so nice about it and made the change immediately. She made a point to greet us coming & going. She also provided us with a complimentary breakfast. So thoughtful. She was a delight & is a tremendous asset to your organization.
